Mary Marie Williams age 81 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at her residence.

In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place.

She was born on October 24, 1934 in Ramage, Boone County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Bert Nicholson. She died Saturday, August 13, 2016, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 81 years, nine months, and 20 days.

She was a former nursing assistant and a waitress.

Survivors include:
  • Two daughters: Theresa Zappia of Belleville, IL and Kim Johnson of Highland, IL

  • Two sons: Tim Williams and Kenneth Bruce Williams both of Belleville, IL

  • Her companion: Weldon B. "Buddy" McCool of Glasgow, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
