Wise for getting to the bottom of that mystery. I messaged Adair County Emergency Management but they weren't sure, either, what was going on. It sure would be nice if the right hand would tell the left hand what is going on before they fly in over folks houses shaking the windows. Next time I suggest they let emergency management know so they can post it on their website. I was in the middle of a nice hot bath when my neighbor Pat Bennett and I were contemplating whether we were under attack. Couldn't just run out and look or that might have caused another call to 911 of a woman in her birthday suit standing on her porch looking to the sky. That would have likely been mental inquest number two for the week.
