Vicky Pike: Wonders about Fiscal Court & new tax

'I have asked a few questions and from what I gather it is an insurance tax.' - VICKY PIKE

Victoria Pike writes:
I am wondering what this local government tax mentioned in the Fiscal Court agenda for Tuesday night is all about. I have asked a few questions and from what I gather it is an insurance tax. I know the city has taxes on insurance in the city. Is this what is being proposed here? Would like more info on what is to be discussed on taxing county insurance policies. Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Doesn't seem there is much out there yet. Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks - Victoria Pike
