The regular meeting of the Economic Development Authority Board of Directors will be Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 8amCT, in the board room of the Chamber of Commerce office, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. This meeting is open to the public, with the following agenda:
Mark Dykes, chair, presiding
- Roll Call & Determination of a quorum

Business:
- Approval of Minutes as presented - Randy Burns, Secretary
- Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented - Mike Curry, Treasurer

Build Ready Pad:
- Discussion of "Build Ready Pad" at the Industrial Park -Mark Dykes

New Business:
- Establishment of committee to work with the update of the EDA Website - Mark Dykes
