Traffic Advisory: Fatal crash, closure, KY 313 in Hardin Co. y By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (7:17amCT Thu 14 Jan 2016) - A fatal crash has resulted in closure of the road this morning. Motorist are urged to plan alternate routes between the closure points of KY 1882 and KY 361 for the next few hours. The crash occurred around 7:30amET at the Hardin/Meade County line.
