Travel Advisory - Fire closes Hart County I-65 rest area Rest area is at Southbound MP 59/60. Blaze reported just after 2amCT, today By Chris Jessie, Public information Officer KY Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (7:36amCT Tue 05 Jan 2016) - An overnight fire has caused major damage to the Southbound Rest Area on I65 in Hart County. The blaze was reported just after 2amCT. The rest area is closed until further notice. Local fire crews from Horse Cave and Kentucky State Police fire investigation units are still on scene.
