Freshman Class at ACHS wins 1st 3 months attendance award By Tracey Pierce Instructional Assistant, Adair County High School Improving attendance is a focus of Adair County High School throughout this school year. Incentives are being planned as we move forward. On Thursday, November 12, 2015, we hosted our first incentive award for the highest attendance thus far. Our Freshman Class had the highest attendance rate with 94.45% in attendance for the first three months of school and was rewarded with some time to "Sharpen Their Saws" during an Ice Cream Social. We would like all parents and guardians to please encourage your children to attend school each day. They are the most important piece to the education puzzle.
