By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4 Elizabethtown, KY (Tue 13 Oct 2015 - 6:21amCT) A Semi has crossed the median and overturned on the eastbound lanes of Bluegrass Parkway near Mile Point 27. Eastbound is closed and traffic is being diverted off at Exit 25. The cargo is being off loaded at this time. Expect closure to remain in place 2-3 more hours.
