Driver, 7 year old passenger, injured in Glensfork Road collision By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Columbia, KY - (1 Sep 2015) - Tpr. Clint Bale is investigating a collision that occurred on Thursday, August 27, 2015m at approximately 10:17pmCT. 29-year-old Leah Helm, of Columbia, was operating a northbound 2004 Chevy Malibu when she failed to negotiate a curve on Glensfork Road, left the roadway and struck a tree. Ms. Helm and a 7-year-old passenger were transported to T.J. Sampson Hospital, Glasgow, KY, for non-life threatening injuries. Helm was then transported to University of Louisville for additional treatment. Tpr. Bale was assisted at the scene by the Adair County Sheriff's Office and EMS.
