Jimmy Wheeler, 72m of Campbellsville, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral servicice was at 10amCT/11amET, Friday, July 3, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville by Bro. Montie Fugate. Burial is Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation was 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home



Jimmy Wheeler, Taylor County, KY (1942-2015)

Jimmy Wheeler, 72, was the son of the late Augusta "Gus" Wheeler and Nancy Elizabeth Squires Wheeler. He was born August 29, 1942, in Green County, Kentucky. He died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 72 years, 10 months, and one day.

He professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Christian Church. He was a retired farmer and truck driver.

He united in marriage to Catherine Smith April 28, 1962. She preceded him in death December 31, 2009.

He is survived by the following:
  • One son and one daughter: Greg Wheeler and wife, Stephanie of Lexington, KY; and Stacey Greenawalt and husband, Geoff of Frankfort, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Bradley Wheeler and Bryan Wheeler of Lexington, KY; and Drew Greenawalt and Sarah Greenawalt of Frankfort, KY

  • and many other relatives and friends
