Judge Vance takes motion on Mayoral status under submission Next earlier story: Hearing at 9:30amCT in contested Mayoral election By Ed Waggener Adair County Circuit Court Clerk Judy Vance has taken the motion by Attorneys Elmer George and Jonathan R. Spalding to prohibit Curtis Hardwick from acting as Mayor under advisement, Linda Jackson, Deputy Clerk in the Adair County Circuit Clerk's office, said in response to a request for information on the status of the case.
