Peggy Brockman, 75, Adair County, KY (1939-2015)

She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church and was a waitress at the "old" Circle R Restaurant for 43 years. Through her work, she became of one of Adair County's most beloved citizens. She was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Porter & Susie Conover Brockman.

Peggy Brockman, 75, of Columbia, died Monday, June 8, 2015 at 9:53pmCT, at Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY.

Funeral service will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 10amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, 576 Freedom Church Road - in Adair County - Russell Springs, KY.. Visitation after 5pmCT, Wednesday, June 10, 2015.

She was born August 25, 1939, in Adair County, to the late Porter & Susie Conover Brockman. She died Monday, June 8, 2015, Columbia, Adair County, KY at the age of 75 years, nine months, and 14 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gaspard Brockman, and a sister, Vonda Brockman.

She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church and was a waitress at the "old" Circle R Restaurant for 43 years.

Survivors include:
  • Special friends: William, Dottie & Stephen Corbin, Eva Cooley & Mable Ruth Bryant.

  • Caregivers: Donneta Campbell, Heather Bava and Wanda Burris
