Adair County Board of Elections will appeal Judge Vance's ruling Next earlier story: Adair County Board of Elections now in executive session By Larry Smith, FM 92.7 the WAVE & FM 99.9 the BIG DAWG (Reporting from the Adair Annex at3:45pmCT 22 Apr 2015) - The Adair County Board of Elections has voted to appeal the decision by Adair County Circuit Judge Judy Vance voiding the November 4, 2014 election of Curtis Hardwick as Mayor of Columbia. The vote was 2-0. After a lengthy executive session, the board met in open session and voted 2-0 to file the appeal. Voting for Election Commissioners Ben Loy (D) and Billy Curry (R). Commission Chair Lisa Greer did not vote, abstaining because she had been a candidate in the November 3, 2014 election. This story was posted on 2015-04-22 15:39:27
