Fire in HVAC Unit at Wholesale Hardwoods in Campbellsville

Campbellsville, KY -- At 1:14pmET on Monday, March 30, 2015, a fire occurred in an HVAC unit at Wholesale Hardwoods, located at 1030 Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville, KY. 19 firefighters and 3 vehicles were dispatched.

Upon fire department arrival, smoke was found inside the building and the HVAC unit that was on fire was extinguished. Firefighters used fans to remove the smoke from the building and searched several areas to ensure that the fire had not spread. They were on the scene for approximately 2 hours. Damage was limited to the immediate area involving the HVAC unit.
