COLUMBIA, Ky. - Junior Scott Sebald is the Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday, February 16, 2015. The conference weekly award is the first of the 2015 season. It marks the second time in his career that Sebald has earned the distinction, previously earning the honor last season on March 17, 2014. The Cincinnati, Ohio native threw five scoreless innings in a 12-1 win over Point (GA) over the weekend. Sebald surrendered just two hits while striking out five to pick up the win, helping the Blue Raiders take the series over the Skyhawks 2-1. Sebald is 1-0 on the year and opponents are batting just .150 against him. The Blue Raiders are now 4-2 on the year.
