We had a great start to our Shoes for H. O. P. E. Drive tonight at the homecoming game. We had set a goal of 100 pairs and we were able to collect 104 pairs tonight. Thanks to everyone who donated! Keep the donations coming. The drive goes on for the next 60 days.

We invite anyone who would like to donate shoes, or who would like to be a partner with us on this drive, to please contact Robin Loy or Brent Campbell at Adair County High School, 270-384-2751 or by e-mail at robin.loy@adair.kyschools.us or brent.campbell@adair.kyschools.us.

The ACHS student GRIT team is tasked with helping to spread the word about The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Leader in Me which has come to our school through the Race to the Top-District grant. Community service was identified as a big goal by the student GRIT team and we are excited to get started on this project. This drive will run for the next 60 days. Please consider donating your shoes. - ROBIN LOY
