Follow-up on charges against Donald (Memphis) Gibbs By Autumn Meredith Scruggs Kentucky State Police West Drug Enforcement Kentucky State Police DESI West, Kentucky State Police Drug Task Force, and Campbellsville Police Department were executing arrest warrants at 705 Buckner Avenue in Campbellsville. The resident, Donald "Memphis" Gibbs, gave units permission to search the residence. The searched yielded 4.6 grams of cocaine, $270.00 in U S Currency, 2 guns, and a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. Gibbs was arrested and charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st and lodged in the Taylor County Jail.
