TCSO arrests Columbia man on alleged theft charges

Adair County man arrested on three charges of receiving stolen property, lodged in Taylor County Detention Center. ACSO assists.

News from the Taylor County Sheriff's Office, Campbellsville, KY

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a theft of a car hauler trailer, on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The trailer was taken rom a residence on North Village Green off Davis Road in Taylor County. During the course of the investigation, there was a report of an attempted theft from Hwy 210, was connected to this theft.



An an arrest warrant on three counts of Theft of Unlawful Taking/Utility Trailers was obtained for Terry L. Ervin, 26 of Grider Road, Columbia, KY for the attempted theft from Highway 210, the theft from North Village Green, and a theft on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, of a utility trailer from Misty Drive.

Ervin was arrested and lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center in Campbellsville by Taylor County Sheriff Newton, Deputy Coppage, and Deputy Dicken. The TCSO was assisted by the Adair County Sheriff's Department in Columbia, KY.
