Victoria Pike: Confirmed. The big X's for Heartland Pky Project

Mystery Solved on word of highest authorities, Vicky & Chuck -
Comments re article 71437 Mystery Xs No need to worry Victoria Pike is on the case

Victoria Pike writes:
It has been confirmed by my contact in the KY Transportation Cabinet, Chuck Wolfe, that these Xs are indeed aerial markers placed by the contractors for the Heartland Parkway Project. Now Miss Linda can rest tonight. Mystery solved. - Victoria Pike
Oh me of little faith - In what Larry Smith said about the Xs. And what John Chowning suggested. Your confirmation from the highest source, Chuck Wolfe, chief spokesperson for the KTC, a totally reliable source of information, corroborates what Larry Smith said. But a new question: Can someone verify that the funding for this project (and the Campbellsville Loop is a done deal), and the time frame for completion of each. Thanks, Victoria Pike, fo your help. - CM
