Van owned by Russell Countian destroyed in LBN Pkwy fire By Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer News from the Adair County Fire Department The Adair County Fire Department responded at 8:49pmCT, Wednesday night. April 16, 2014, to an automobile fire east of Columbia, KY, at the 54 mile marker on the Louie B. Nunn/Cumberland Parkway. A 2004 for Mazda van owned by Jimmy Grider of Russell Springs, Kentucky, was destroyed in the fire.
