Jaycees 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt big success - again Total attendance estimated at 400 to 500. Easter Bunny was there - and as always, a big hit Click on headline for complete story, photo(s) By Jennifer Carter News from the Adair County Jaycees The Adair County Jaycees held their 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, 2014. We had a beautiful day with over 200 kids and 200-300 adults. All the kids had the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny, hunt eggs, get gifts and win prizes. Food was sponsored by the Jaycees including hot dogs, drinks and cotton candy. Those who helped are as follows: Ann Melton, Judge Executive and Republican Candidate for Adair County Judge Executive; Mike Stephens, Democratic Candidate for Adair County Judge Executive; Veronica Mouser, Democratic Candidate for Adair County Court Clerk; Dale McCloud, Republican Candidate for Adair County Court Clerk; Josh Brockman, Republican Candidate for Adair County Sheriff; Joey White, Republican Candidate for Adair County Jailer; Harrison Moss, Sheriff and Democratic Candidate for Adair County Sheriff; Lisa Greer, Republican Candidate for Adair County Court Clerk; Brenda Mann, Republican Candidate for Adair County Court Clerk; Daril Sayers, Candidate for Magistrate District 6; Justin Claywell, Republican Candidate for Adair County Sheriff; Harold Burton, Magistrate District 1 and candidate for re-election; Perry Reeder, Magistrate District 4 and candidate for re-election;Terry Hadley, Candidate for Magistrate District 7; Eric Antle, Republican Candidate for Adair County Jailer; Shannon Rowe, Candidate for Constable District 2; and the following businesses: Walmart of Columbia; Grider Drug of Russell Springs; Cash Express of Columbia; Community Medical of Columbia.
