Russell Co., KY driver injured in single vehicle crash By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY - Tpr. Adam Likins is investigating a collision that occurred today at 10:45amCT, 4 miles east of Russell Springs, KY, on KY 619. 74-year-old Bobby Stephens was operating a 2000 Chevy Pickup, traveling east on KY 619 when he ran off the shoulder of the roadway. Stephens lost control of the vehicle and it overturned before coming to rest in a field.
