Traffic Alert: EB Closures on Bluegrass Pkway today Delays of as much as 15 minutes at a time can be expected By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY With continued favorable weather today, we are planning to do sandblasting as part of repair work on the KY 583 bridge over Bluegrass Parkway in Hardin County (Mile Point 7.9). The plan is to close East bound lanes and do a rolling road block to allow the crew to blast clean the repair area for about 15 minutes at a time, then let traffic clear out and recycle. I anticipate this to run from about 9amCT/10amET-3pmCT/4pmET. Chris Jessie This story was posted on 2014-04-10 09:06:18
