Lindsey Wilson Baseball falls to Judson 11-5 Sunday Evening

COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College baseball team let an early lead slip away as they fell to No. 18 Judson (IL) Sunday evening, February 23, 2014 at Lindsey Wilson's Egnew Park. Lindsey Wilson (8-8) was led by Trey Davis who finished the day going 3-for-4 at the plate. Mitchell Osnowitz and Jeandro Andino both went 2-for-4 on the day, each pushing in one RBI. Leonardo Ramirez and Kory Weeks also each had an RBI in the loss.

Starting pitcher Jason Turner suffered the loss for Lindsey Wilson falling to 1-3 on the season. Turner allowed seven runs on seven hits while walking four and striking out three. Judson's Ryan Perez picked up the win and moves to 2-0 on the year after allowing four runs on seven hits, striking out four. - Charles Balcom, Lindsey Wilson College
