Nine Blue Raider Wrestlers qualify for National Championships

Lindsey Wilson finished in second place with 142 total team points at the NAIA East Qualifier. Indiana Tech took the East Regional Championship with 149.5 total team points. Campbellsville University was third with 134.5.

MARIETTA, GA The second-ranked Lindsey Wilson College wrestling team had nine wrestlers qualify for the NAIA National Championships today at the NAIA East Qualifier.

Wismit Moinius, Joe Cozart, Jameel Bryant, Keaton Thomas, Jahwon Akui, Myron Bradbury, Isaac Thomas and Stephen Myers all earned automatic bids to the final NAIA National Championship site after finishing in the top four of their weight classes. Erick Gomez received an at-large bid and will also compete at nationals. - Charles Balcom
