Go or No Go - Several systems returning to classrooms Jan. 22, 2014

By Larry Smith

Barring unforeseen circumstances, there will be school on Wednesday morning in many area schools. Superintendents in counties open tomorrow say there will be school, on regular schedules, January 22, 2014. They say the classrooms will be toasty, and their children will ride in warm busses, and they urge parents to dress their children in extra warm clothes, and be ready for another day of instruction.

The following schools will be OPEN on Regular Schedule, January 22, 2014:
  • Adair County School District
  • Campbellsville Independent Schools
  • Russell County School District
  • Taylor County School District
But the following schools will be CLOSED on Wednesday, January 22, 2014:
  • Clinton County School District
  • Marion County School District
  • Metcalfe County School District
  • Washington COunty High School
