Other communities can tear down properties that are hazardous (or just virtually abandoned. ) Why can't Columbia. Too many excuses why it can't be done and not enough effort to get 'er done. How about some positive action? Start with the house that borders the Cemetery at the junction of Campbellsville Street and Fairgrounds Street.
