Letter: Cat Needs Assistance Cynthia Rowe writes: In the neighborhood of W Fortune and W Guardian Streets there is a long haired black and white cat. It is wearing a turquoise collar that is much too tight .It has been around for about 3 weeks.I believe it might have been hit by a car. I am feeding it and trying to make friends with it so that I can remove the collar and take it to the vet..I am having no luck. If it is your cat please come and get it. It is pitiful.
