Radcliff man indicted on multiple sex offenses

By MTPR Norman Chaffins, Public Affairs Officer
Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY

RADCLIFF, KY - On Thursday, January 31, 2013, 32-year-old William L. Chisolm of Radcliff was indicted by the Hardin County Grand Jury on charges of Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st, and multiple counts of Attempted Rape 1st.

The indictment stems from incidents that occurred between 2002 and 2004 where he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 5-year-old female child as well as deviant sexual intercourse and multiple counts of attempted sexual intercourse. These offenses occurred while the accused was living in the home with the victim and was a relative of the father.

These allegations were reported to us by Georgia authorities, which is where the victim currently resides.

However, the alleged offenses occurred in Hardin County, KY during the specified time. The accused in this case is currently incarcerated at the Kentucky State Reformatory in LaGrange serving a 25-year sentence for raping another child. Det. Aaron Gabhart is conducting the ongoing investigation. MTPR Norman Chaffins
