THESE WINDS ARE IN RESPONSE TO A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM ACROSS MICHIGAN THIS MORNING. THIS LOW WILL SHIFT EAST...FARTHER AWAY FROM OUR REGION...THIS AFTERNOON. THIS SHIFT WILL MEAN WINDS STARTING TO SUBSIDE THIS AFTERNOON. OTHER THAN WIND...SOME LIGHT SNOWS OR FLURRIES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...MAINLY ACROSS THE BLUEGRASS REGION OF KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST INDIANA. ALSO...COLD CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED WINDS WILL MEAN WIND CHILLS IN THE TEENS THIS MORNING AND TWENTIES THIS AFTERNOON. ."
