Environmental Quality Incentives group to meet in Somerset, KY The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) Local Working Group will meet at the Cooperative Extension Service meeting room, 28 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 10am-12pm noon ET/9am-11amCT, Thursday, November 29, 2012. The Local Work Group will provide recommendations to Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) regarding the 2013 EQIP ranking criteria for the communities located in the Somerset Work Unit which consists of Adair, Clinton, Cumberland, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, and Wayne counties.
