Dakota Meyer not taking sides in FFA issue

Mr. Waggener,

Dakota Meyer was unknowingly represented during the protest at Adair County High School, as Larry Helm drove his semi-truck with Dakota's picture and scholarship initiative information through the protest. Upon learning of Mr. Helm's participation, I called Larry and asked him to remove his truck from the protest. Dakota has taken no position on this issue and does not wish to be represented as supporting either side. Larry did not mean any harm by representing Dakota in the protest and immediately withdrew from participation. I want to share this information with you so that no pictures or mentions of Dakota's unintended participation in the protest would be included in your publication.

Best regards,
Monica Johnson
Executive Assistant to Dakota Meyer
