Beginners step aerobics class to be offered at Jim Blair Small fee for classes goes to Jim Blair Community Center By Jelaine Harlow A beginners step aerobics class combined with weight exercises will be offered each Tuesday and Thursday evening at 5:15pmCT beginning September 4 and going through October 25, 2012 at the Jim Blair Community Center, 801 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY. This class is a low impact beginners class structured for those who are new to aerobics, have not exercised in a while or want something new. Veteran aerobics participants are welcome as all exercises may be modified to fit needs. Weights will be furnished but you will need a stepper and mat. Health information will be provided weekly. Weight, BMI, body fat and measurements will be logged the 1st & last session for those interested. Instructors are Lee Ann Jesse and Jelaine Harlow. The cost is $2 per class and will go to the Jim Blair Community Center. Registration is required and class size is limited.
