Campbellsville Police investigating robbery at Arby's Restaurant

The Campbellsville Police Department, at 1:30amET, on Sunday July 22, 2012, responded to the report of a Robbery at the Arby's Restaurant located in the Lake View Shopping Center, Campbellsville, KY, on KY 210 at the KY 3350 north bypass.

According to employees at the scene, two members of the Arby's staff had left the restaurantto deliver the daily receipts to the bank night deposit.

Once in the parking lot, both femaleemployees were confronted by a male person who approached them and grabbed the depositbag from them. The male ran from the scene and was reported to have entered an automobilewhich drove from the area.

The incident remains under investigation. Investigating the incident are Officer Bryan Simpson, Officer Scotty Perian,; and Officer Brian Morgan
