Leigh Ann has since passed the Kentucky bar examination and has been sworn in by the Kentucky Supreme Court. Moore currently resides in Richmond, KY, and is an attorney for the Appalachian Research and Defense Fund, Kentucky's largest legal aid organization.

In Moore's four seasons pitching for the Blue Raiders, she put together some of the strongest seasons in program history.
