Adair County Garden Club will hold organizational meeting Meeting is to plan activities for the year By Barbara Armitage The Adair County Garden Club will hold its first 2012 bi-annual Business and Planning meeting on Thursday January 26, 2012, at 1pmCT. This month we will be meeting at the Adair County Extension Office at 409 Fairground Street, Columbia. The purpose of this meeting is to plan ACGC activities, classes and projects for the coming year. The Garden Club meets at 1pmCT on the 4th Thursday of each month in a variety of locations. Each meeting is designed to expand your knowledge of gardening techniques, landscape ideas, environmental issues, natural resources, birds, wildlife and more. There are no fees or dues to be a member of the Garden Club and everyone is welcome. We are committed to making Adair County a more beautiful, safer and healthier place to live. Adair County Garden Club members take pride in our community and invite you join us and make a difference.
