Richard Hovious reports in from Spain

Note is a reminder to update Veterans List

Richard Arlan Hovious writes:
Hi, Ed! We're still hangin in there - just survived a four day visit from the pope and one and a half million "youngsters." The Vatican Embassy is ONE block away from my place. I served in the Korean war - a little young for that -waaay too young for WWII. - Richard Arlan Hovious
Thanks. Richard Hovious! Pen will check your entry in the CM Honorable listing of Adair Countians who have served in the Armed Services. And it's a reminder to Adair County Families to check the list and update it. We'd like it to be as up-to-date as possible by September 15, 2011, when President Obama presents the Congressional Medal of Honor to Adair Countian Dakota Meyer.
