About: Properly mumbling SC Kentuckieese: Apostrophe is needed in Homade

By M.E. Lewis

I never want ME to be missing when home made ice cream is being made.

That is one of my favorite dishes. People just don't seem to make it as much as we did in the 50's and 60's.

There are very few people that even have a freezer any more.

That was a staple appliance in our house hold.

I am from Pensacola, Forida, and our church had ice cream socials every month. Some people would bring there own bowl.

We would have about ten ice cream freezers already frozen and packed down to cure while we sang and had preaching.

After church we ate homemade ice cream.

Just ice cream. No cookies or cakes or anything else.

JUST ICE CREAM.

YUM YUM YUM
