Obituary: Gene Leischner, 51, dies in Canada He was formerly of Adair County, KY. Mr. Leischner was manager of Nowsco Well Service, Columbia. He leaves three sons, all residents of Adair Co., KY. Gene Leischner, 51, formerly of Adair County, KY, passed awaySaturday May 2, 2009 in Canada after a short illness. The funeral service will be held Thursday May 7, 2009, at 12 noon, at Prairie Winds Funeral Home, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. He is survived by the following.Survived by the following:
