Scenic Adair Co., KY: The Real Hierarchy on Hooterville RD

2009-01-16 - Hooterville Road, District 2, Adair County, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
The RIGHTFUL ORDER OF THINGS, on Hooterville Road in District 2, is Goats First. This, morning, while slowing for the scenery on the right hand side of the road, we were passed by this entire herd, which, once ahead, occupied the whole road. But they were not traveling far, and took the exit on the left. Hooterville Road is a county road which connects Oak Grove Road with Sano Road very near KY East 80. No porcine phenonoma were observed, although the official purpose for the trip entered on the CM log for the trip was "In Search of Jackie's Wild Pig." -Ed Waggener. Though it actually makes no difference to these guys, who answer to their own laws, Wid Harris is Magistrate for District 2. A Today Feature photo
