Christmas 2006: More details on parade, booth rentals

Parade is December 2, 2006. Deadline for entries, November 17, 2006. Booths for "Arts, Crafts, and Goodies" sales are being rented at $20 each. Contacts below

The Annual Christmas in Columbia, sponsored by the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce, will be held Saturday, December 2, 2006.



The theme this year is Christmas Past, Present, and Future. The Christmas parade will begin at 6:00pm CT.

Anyone wishing to enter in the float, non-float, or out-of-county divisions are asked to register by the deadline of November 17, 2006.

Also, people wishing to set up boots for "Arts, Crafts & Goodies," which will be from 9:00am to 4:00pm CT, are asked to preserve their space. Booth space rental is $20.00 per spot.

To register floats, please phone the Chamber at 270-384-6020.

Dave Johnston, CEO, United Citizens Bank of Southern Kentucky, is chairman of this years Chamber Christmas Celebration.
