Obituary: Preston Gilbert, 68, dies in Batavia, OH He was a member of Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church, a truck driver, and a Mason Preston "Shorty" Gilbert age 68 years of 187 Gilbert Road, Glensfork, Ky. passed away Friday, July 21, 2006 at 5:33 P. M. at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio The funeral service will be Friday, July 28, 2006 at 1:00pm CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster and Bro. Jim Hurt the officiating clergy. Masonic rites will be conducted Thursday night at 7:00 P. M. at the funeral home. He was the son of the late David L. and Ada Mae Smith GilbertHe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Betty L. Corbin Gilbert of Glensfork, KY, and the following:
