The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the Welcome and Development Center, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:

  • Call to Order

  • Welcome New Board Member & Guests - Roll Call - Determination of Quorum

  • Opening Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance

  • Approval of Minutes for June 18, 2024 meeting as presented

  • Approval of Treasurer's Financial Reports/payment of bills as presented

  • Approval of Budget

  • Orientation & overview of Green River Commerce Park for new members

  • Fill vacancy of Vice-Chairman

  • Business
    1. KPDI 1 - Request for reimbursement. Status of Utilities extensions work.
    2. KPDI 2 - Engineering & preparation of bid package for water line on South side of park.
    3. Second Entrance Permit Status
    4. Measures to keep vehicles off PAD

  • Other Business

  • Motion to Enter Executive Session (If necessary)
    Executive Session per KRS 61.810(g). Discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussions concerning a specific proposal, if open discussions would jeopardize the siting, retention, expansion, or upgrading of the business.
