County Offices to be closed on Juneteenth From Benisha Johnson Adair County Judge Executive Larry Russell Bryant has issued an Executive Order to close the Adair County Annex Building and all the offices therein. Adair County Recycling Center, Green River Animal Shelter, and the Adair County Road Department will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.
