The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority will meet at 8amCT on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in the Welcome and Development Center/Chamber, EDA & Tourism Building at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:

Call to Order - Roll Call - Determination of Quorum
Opening Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance

Approval of Minutes for April 2, 2024 & April 16, 2024 meetings as presented
Approval of Treasurer's Financial Reports/payment of bills as presented

- 1. KPDI - 1 - Status of water, sewer & gas line extensions contract/work
- 2. KPDI - 2 - Determine scope of work & project budget
- 3. RDAAP (TVA) - Determine scope of work & project budget
- 4. South entrance permit
- 5. Expiring terms of members/appointments
- 6. Stand Up Rural America Summit
- 7. Discussion of check signing procedures
