Renewal Notices for April and May From Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer and Staff As many of our April and May renewal customers have found, the Kentucky Department of Transportation was late mailing your renewal notices (which they do as reminders). We understand that it is now the end of April, and many are just receiving their notices. These notices are not sent out by your local County Clerk, but by State.
