Heart talk Monday with Homemakers and TJ Health

Love Your Heart by learning more about it this Monday evening. Mary Beth Phelps will join several other speakers, including a dietitian, therapist, provider and others in the healthcare field, to talk about heart healthy diet, exercise and the importance of preventative care. She will share how heart disease has affected her family.

T.J. Regional Health and the Adair County Extension Homemakers are partnering for an informative program on heart health. This event will focus on women's health, but all are encouraged to attend Monday, February 12, 2024 at 6pmCT at the Adair County Extension Office.
