Coa Jane Phipps, 60, librarian at ACHS and Sparksville Mrs. Phipps was a member of the the Columbia Baptist Church Coa Jane Phipps, 60, 200 East 80 DR, Columbia, KY, passed away Monday, January 9, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., at her home after an illness. The funeral service will be Thursday, January 12, 2006, at at 1:00 p.m., at Columbia Baptist Church, with Brother Randy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery at Sparksville, KY. Visitation will be at Stotts Phelps-Funeral Home after 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, and Thursday morning, after 9:00 a.m., January 12, at the Columbia Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Joe Bryant and Icel Beatrice Strange Keen. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Joe Keen, on July 14, 1979, and Glenn Strange Keen, on May 8, 1987. She is survived by her husband, Codell Phipps, Columbia, KY, and the following:
