Excused In-Person Absentee Voting underway From Lisa Greer Adair County Clerk Excused In-Person Absentee Voting will take place from 8amCT to 4pmCT on October 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, and November 1, 2023, at the Adair County Clerk's Office, 424 Public Square, Ste 3, Columbia KY. You must meet the criteria set forth in KRS 117.085 to vote on these days, and you must bring Proof of ID. Note: No voting will be conducted on Saturday, October 28, 2023, for excused in-person absentee. Excused In-Person Absentee Voting Eligibility: Voters otherwise eligible to vote on election day are eligible to vote an in-person absentee ballot during the six (6) business days immediately before the last Thursday occurring before election day if they meet one (1) of the following requirements:
