ACSO: Russell Co. pair arrested on felony drug charges From Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Friday, March 3, 2023, at 11:49pm, K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten and K-9 Nitro initiated a traffic stop on the LBN parkway. The stop was on a 2015 Hyundai Elantra traveling eastbound. Roadside investigation led to a search of the vehicle, where suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. Anthony Frost, 41, of Russell Springs, was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
